How it starts

From first contact to work that's live.

  1. 01The request

    You tell us about your project.

    Through the site's form, you pick the service and answer a few questions about the company and what you need. Mensuram looks it over and replies by email or WhatsApp, whichever you prefer, with the next step. Sending it doesn't commit you to anything.

  2. 02The study

    A study of your company.

    If it makes sense to go ahead, Mensuram looks, by video, at how the work gets done today, with the people who do it showing the screen and the counter. For a page or a website the study is short; for a system it takes two weeks. It ends with a written proposal, with what goes in, the timeline and the amount, which you approve before anything is built.

  3. 03The build

    The build, with a new version every Friday.

    You open what already works and say what fits. Your team uses it with real data and signs off before the work is called done.

  4. 04Live

    Once it's live, a monthly fee.

    Hosting, backups, support and whatever your company switches on later, with the limits written into the contract.

Does the request cost anything?

No. Answering the questions costs nothing, doesn't hire any service and doesn't start the study of your company.

How much does it cost?

Pages, websites and ads have a starting fee published under Get clients. A made-to-measure system has a fixed amount in writing before we start, plus a monthly fee.

What is a colab?

A system ready for one industry, built by Mensuram in partnership with a company in that industry. The first is with Sofisticar, for auto detailing, and it is coming soon.

Can I leave?

Yes. The data belongs to your company and comes out in an open format whenever you want.

Mensuram comes from Latin and means the measure, from the same root as the English word measure.

The work follows a tailor's order: measure first, then cut, and only then deliver.
