Timeline and price
Does the request cost anything?
No. Answering the form's questions costs nothing and doesn't hire any service. Mensuram looks over the request and replies within 8 business hours, by email or WhatsApp, whichever you choose, with the next step.
Does sending the request start the study?
No. The request is how Mensuram understands what you need. The study of your company comes later, only if you want to go ahead, and for a system it has its own fee, given before it starts.
How much does it cost?
A landing page from R$ 1,900 and a website from R$ 4,900, plus the monthly fee for hosting and upkeep. Paid ads: management from R$ 1,500 per month, plus the ad spend, paid straight to the platform. For a made-to-measure system, the project has a fixed amount in writing before we start and the monthly fee depends on the parts you use. The systems ready for your industry have not launched yet, and their fee comes out with them.
What does the monthly fee cover?
For a page or a website: hosting, backups and adjustments once it is live. For a system: hosting, daily backups, support and the parts you use, with a limit on WhatsApp messages, AI assistant use and storage written in the contract; anything beyond it is charged separately.
How long until it is ready?
After your request, if you want to go ahead, comes a study of your company: two weeks for a system, shorter for a page or a site. It ends with the timeline fixed in the written proposal, and each stage after that has the date the proposal sets. Nobody promises a date before the study.
What if I change my mind halfway?
It happens. The study ends with the written proposal you approve. Anything you ask for after that comes with its own timeline and price before it goes in, and you decide whether to do it now, leave it for after launch, or not at all. Nothing slips in unannounced.
What if it isn't right?
If something the proposal called for doesn't work, Mensuram fixes it at no charge and without moving the timeline. In the test with your team, the people who use it work with real data and point out what didn't fit; the system is only called done when they sign off.
What Mensuram does
Do you run paid ads?
Yes. Ads on Instagram and Facebook (Meta) and on Google, in campaigns that lead to your WhatsApp or your page, with a monthly report focused on conversations and sales, not likes. The artwork comes from you; Mensuram writes the copy and adjusts the format, and artwork made from scratch is agreed separately. Management from R$ 1,500 per month, plus the ad spend, paid straight to the platform.
What is the difference between a ready-made system and a made-to-measure one?
The one ready for your industry is already built around how that industry works, and you start using it without a project. The made-to-measure one starts from what every company uses and adds, on top of that, what is done your company's way.
What is the Colab with Sofisticar?
A partnership with Sofisticar for auto detailing. Out of it comes Estúdio Detailer, built by Mensuram: the system with the car at the center, with the Car Record, scheduling by bay, quotes with photos and the work order. It is coming soon, and the waiting list is under Colabs.
Has Mensuram worked with a company like mine?
The base of the systems already runs a real company, every day. If your field is auto detailing, see the Colabs. In any other, what is specific to your field goes into the study of your company, and you see the screens before you approve.
How the work goes
What do I need to have ready for the study?
Not much. You, a little of your time, and the people who do the work today. Spreadsheets, notebooks and WhatsApp as they are. For a site or a page, whatever copy, photos and logo you already have; what is missing, Mensuram writes and designs.
Is the study in person?
No. It is done over video, with your team showing the screen and the front desk, so it works from any city.
Can we talk over video?
Yes. After reading your request, if needed, Mensuram sets up a video call with you. It is not a required step: the first step is the request through the form.
What if I already have a system?
The study looks at what you have. What works, Mensuram connects to the new system or brings its data in; what doesn't, goes.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. The system works at the front desk, out in the field and in the office, on a phone or a computer, and your customers' pages are built for their phones.
Do I need the WhatsApp Business API?
The WhatsApp Business API is Meta's version of WhatsApp for companies, where several people answer the same number on one screen. You don't need it at first: the system works with links and ready-made text, and the API comes in when the operation calls for it.
Who do I talk to?
The person who designed and built your project. A reply within 8 business hours; any fault that stops your operation is fixed within 48 hours.
Data and security
Where is my data?
In an isolated environment of your own, separate from other clients, with daily backups and a record of who changed what. You can export it whenever you want.
Can I leave?
Yes. The contract spells out how, and how quickly you get your data back.
What if Mensuram closes?
Your data is yours and comes out in an open format at any time, along with everything another provider would need to pick up where Mensuram left off.
