How we work
From first contact to work that is live.
We measure before we cut: nothing gets built until you approve the written proposal.

01
You tell us about your project
through the form, free of chargeYou pick the service and answer the questions about your company and what you need. Mensuram looks over the request and replies by email or WhatsApp, whichever you prefer, with the next step; if needed, it sets up a video call with you. Sending the request doesn't hire any service.

02Measure (Medida)
A study of your company
two weeks for a system; short for a page or a siteIf you want to go ahead, Mensuram looks at how the work gets done today, over video, with the people who do it walking us through their screens and the front desk. Out of that comes the written proposal you approve, with the screens, what goes in, the timeline and the price. For a system, the study has its own fee, given before it starts.
-
03Cut (Corte)
The build
the proposal's timelineMensuram builds on top of the ready-made base, on the timeline the proposal set. Every Friday you open a working version and say what fits. Instructions for each screen, for your team to look up, are written alongside it.
-
04Fitting (Prova)
A test with your team
until approvedYour team uses the system with real data until it is approved. What didn't fit, Mensuram adjusts. It ends when the people who use it sign off, not just the one who pays.
-
05Use (Uso)
The monthly fee
for as long as it is liveHosting, daily backups, a record of who changed what, support and ongoing improvements, in a monthly fee based on the parts of the system you use. Each plan has a limit on WhatsApp messages, assistant use and storage, written in the contract; anything beyond it is charged separately.
For a page or a website the stages are the same, only shorter, and each timeline is set in the study. For paid ads, your request and the study shape the campaigns, and the report is monthly. See Get clients.
